Payment for services rendered: Once we have agreed upon the web features you want and our price we will e- mail an agreement to you. To begin building we need 50% of the website fee. Once we have received your payment, we will build a home page for you to view and approve and then move forward. If you have a logo, color scheme or certain style you prefer, we will need to know that up front. After you approve of your Home page and have sent us all the required information (text and photos), we will build the rest of your site. The remainder of the balance for your site will be due upon completion. If for some reason some of your text or photos have not been made available to us, we will proceed and complete payment will still be due. We will give you up to 3 months after completion of your site to get the agreed upon information and photos on your web pages. When we have received payment in full, we will submit your site to all of the search engines. We generally complete a website within 7 to 30 working days after receiving your first payment. The number of pages, custom work needed, customers response time to supply us with necessary information and photos, or if we have to transfer a domain name that you own from another company, all factor in to how long it will take to complete your site. Additional text, photo's or other items not agreed upon in the original fee agreement, that you need placed on your site, will be billed at our hourly maintenance rate. Contact us for discounts for our hourly rate. You may pay online. We use Paypal and you no longer have to be a member to use their services. After you click on the credit card, you will be directed to Paypal's secure website. Fill in the payment amount located at the top right of the page and then fill in your credit card information in the form box on the left.
